You'll walk through pulling a shot from start to finish. How to feel your grind, dose without a scale, tamp with a simple two-step method, and read your shot with your eyes instead of a timer. Stop the shot when the color says stop, not when the clock says stop.
Phase 2 โ The Diagnostic System
You'll learn why temperature matters more than grind when something tastes off. You'll learn the Overshoot Method for dialing in new beans โ see both sides of bad and come back to the middle. And you'll get an honest take on when equipment matters and when it doesn't.
